19 Candidates File Nominations for Zila Parishad Polls in Kangra Block

Kangra, May 11 ( UNI) As many as 19 candidates have filed their nomination papers for the Zila Parishad elections in Kangra development block before Returning Officer and SDM Kangra, Ishant Jaswal.
On the final day for filing nominations on Monday, 10 candidates submitted their papers. The SDM said nomination papers were accepted till 3 pm from all interested candidates.
He informed that scrutiny of nomination papers will be carried out on May 12, while candidates can withdraw their nominations till May 15. Election symbols will also be allotted on the same day.
