34 Indian fishermen detained by Bangladeshi Navy

Dhaka, July 15 (UNI) Thirty-four Indian fishermen have been detained by the Bangladesh Navy for allegedly entering the maritime boundary of Bangladesh and fishing illegally in the Bay of Bengal, a news report said.
Two fishing trawlers, FB Jhor and FB Mangal Chandi-38 were also seized near the Fairway Buoy area in the deep sea yesterday, UNB reported.
The detained fishermen were sent to Mongla for further legal procedures.
