AAP leaders to march to BJP HQ Sunday: Kejriwal dares PM to arrest

New Delhi, May 18 (UNI) Accusing BJP of playing “jail politics”, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to arrest all its leaders, announcing the party’s plan to march to the BJP headquarters Sunday.
“I am coming to BJP headquarters with all my big leaders, MLAs, and MPs at 12 PM tomorrow i.e. Sunday. Whoever you want to put in jail, put them all in jail at once,” Kejriwal said.
In a video message on social media post on X, Kejriwal said, “I want to tell the Prime Minister, you are playing this ‘Jail ka khel’ by putting one person after the other in jail. Sometimes you put Manish Sisodia, sometimes Arvind Kejriwal, sometimes Sanjay Singh in jail.”
“You think that you will crush the Aam Aadmi Party by putting its leaders in jail, the Aam Aadmi Party is not going to be crushed like this. You try putting them in jail once and see,” Kejriwal dared.
Kejriwal also alleged that the BJP is now planning to put Raghav Chaddha, Saurabh Bhardwaj, and Atishi in jail in the coming few days stating, “They (BJP) put me, Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain, Sanjay Singh in jail. Today my PA was put in jail.”
I was thinking why do they want to put all of us in jail? What is our fault?, Kejriwal questioned asserting,”Our fault is that we arranged good education for poor children in Delhi, built government hospitals, arranged free medicines, and made electricity free for the people of Delhi.”
”They are not able to do this, that is why they want to stop the functioning of Delhi hospitals, mohalla clinics, medical treatment, education, and free electricity supply,” he claimed.
“AAP is an idea that has reached the hearts of people across the country. This country will produce 100 times more leaders than the number of Aam Aadmi Party leaders you put in jail,” Kejriwal added.
