ACB moves Bombay HC seeking permission to question Wanted Sessions Judge In bribe case

Mumbai, Nov 18 (UNI) The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Mumbai Police approached the Chief Justice of the Bombay high court seeking permission to question and act against wanted Additional Sessions Judge, AS Kazi of Court No. 14, Mazagaon, court.
The judge's stenographer Chandrakant Hanumant Vasudev, 40, was arrested last week while accepting Rs 15 lakh bribe from the complainant, sources in the agency confirmed on Tuesday.
Sourcess said that Vasudev during the interrogation revealed that he had accepted the bribe on behalf of session judge for an judicial order favouring the complainant.
