Adequate arrangements for uninterrupted supply of medicines, oxygen: Khattar

Chandigarh, Apr 22 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Thursday said that adequate arrangements have been made in the state to ensure uninterrupted supply of medicines, oxygen and other facilities to the patients suffering from COVID-19 infection.
Mr Khattar announced that as a precautionary measure, the state government has decided to close shops dealing in non-essential items in crowded markets from 1800 hrs from April 23 onwards.
Stating this while addressing a press conference after chairing the meeting of the State Cabinet here on Thursday, the Chief Minister while clarifying the queries regarding shortage of oxygen supply in the hospitals said that though some difficulty was reported in the supply of Oxygen to Haryana, Delhi and other states from Panipat Plant but now the problem has been resolved.
