Washington, Apr 23(UNI) Head of US Central Command Gen. McKenzie has warned that the Afghan military may not be able to hold on against insurgents after the United States and other international troops leave Afghanistan.
The General on Thursday conveyed his apprehension that the Afghan military may not be able to “hold on” after American troops leave later this year.
US President Joe Biden had on April 14 announced a withdrawal of all American troops from Afghanistan by September 11.
