Akhilesh questions Yogi on power plants

Lucknow, Feb 20 (UNI) Samajwadi president Akhilesh Yadav here on Saturday questioned the number of power plants established during the current Bharatiya Janata Party rule in Uttar Pradesh as Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called SP members as "thieves who do not like moonlight".
Mr Yadav alleged that Mr Adityanath's language on the floor of the House was objectionable as he called SP members "thieves who do not like moonlight, as they rob in the darkness of the night."
"The SP members want to ask Mr Adityanath on the number of thermal supercritical plants established, transmission lines laid and substations were built," the former chief minister asked. He averred that due to the power plants installed during the tenure of the SP government, there is a lot of power in Uttar Pradesh, but the public is suffering from expensive electricity.
