Amit Shah criticise Tripura royal scion & Motha chief

Agartala, Feb 6 (UNI) While addressing the election rally seeking vote for six candidates of BJP and the lone candidate of it’s alliance partner IPFT in South Tripura, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday reiterated the success of five years rule of BJP in Tripura.
Besides, communist and congress, Shah criticized TIPRA Motha chief and royal scion Pradyot Kishore Debbarman and alleged, the royal family of Tripura didn’t get it’s due respect under left
front’s rule for 25 years.
But BJP has accorded respect to the royal family and honoured the last king, and the architect of Tripura Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya Bahadur renaming Agartala airport after him and announcing government holiday on his birthday, he added.
“Unfortunately, TIPRA Motha leaders wanted to bring back communist rule by misleading the innocent tribal mind. They forged a passive understanding with communist to defeat the BJP. Therefore, voting for Motha is indirectly strengthening CPI(M) and same with Congress.
Contesting 13 seats Congress cannot form the government, it will ensure leftist’s victory and
bring back the rule of terror and misrule under communist,” Shah observed.
The five years rule of BJP has ended ‘Cadre raj’ and established ‘the raj of the constitution’ in
Tripura. During communist rule murder, mayhem, insurgency, and poverty were the regular phenomena of the state, but in five years Prime Minister Modi shifted the paradigm towards development, peace, tranquility, and welfare of the people.
Applauding the success of BJP’s rule, the home minister said crime on women was reduced by 50 percent while reservation for women in government jobs was ensured to 33 percent. General law and order has improved a lot over five years.
Not only in Tripura, even in the northeast earlier there was the sound of terrorists’ bullets but Modiji changed it to the sound of aeroplane and trains, he pointed out.
The budget for tribal development has been increased by four times under BJP’s rule, Shah added.
