Amit Shah launches nationwide campaign to mark 150 years of 'Vande Mataram'

Patna, Nov 7 (UNI) Home Minister Amit Shah launched a national campaign to mark the 150th anniversary of the composition of the national song 'Vande Mataram' at a function held at the BJP state headquarters in Patna on Friday. To mark the occasion, BJP leaders sang its complete version together.
The BJP is celebrating the event through grand programmes, recognising 'Vande Mataram' as a symbol of national spirit, the history of independence, and cultural unity.
Amit Shah also led BJP leaders in taking an oath from the 'Swadeshi Sankalp Patra'.

Bengal CM announces jobs for families of 315 post-poll violence victims

Kolkata, June 7 (UNI) West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Sunday announced that a member from each of the families of BJP workers allegedly killed in post-poll violence following the 2021 Assembly elections would be provided government jobs this month, along with a one-time financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
