Another large-scale protest held outside U.S. embassy in Ireland over George Floyd killing

Dublin, Jun 7 (Xinhua) Thousands of people gathered here outside the United States embassy in Ireland in protest against racism and police brutality in the United States, reported Irish national radio and television broadcaster RTE.

This is the third protest outside the U.S. embassy in Dublin following the killing of African American George Floyd in the U.S. city of Minneapolis. Floyd, 46, died on May 25 after a white police officer knelt on his neck for nearly nine minutes while he was handcuffed facing down on a Minneapolis street.
