AP: Kakinada Commissioner Warns of Penalties for Dumping Construction Material on Roads

Kakinada, June 6 (UNI) Kakinada Municipal Commissioner N.V.V. Satyanarayana today warned building owners of stringent action, including heavy penalties, for placing construction materials on public roads and causing traffic obstructions in the city.
During an early morning inspection of Perraju Peta in the Fifth Division, the Commissioner noticed construction materials such as sand, gravel, concrete chips and wooden logs occupying road space and hindering the movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
Expressing concern over the violations, he immediately directed municipal officials to impose penalties on the building owners responsible and ensure the removal of the materials from public roads.
