Armed Forces service is a noble profession, says Arunachal Guv

Itanagar, June 19 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik has said that service in the Armed Forces is a noble profession, which gives the opportunity to lead, excel and serve the motherland.
The Governor said this while interacting with a group of students from Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV), Jairampur, Changlang district, who are preparing for National Defence Academy (NDA), at the Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday.
He opined that educational institutes must conduct pre-UPSC examinations and create obstacle courses in the school premises to prepare students for the Staff Selection Board (SSB) and final selection for the NDA.
