Arunachal making progress in every sector: Governor

Itanagar, Nov 28 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik on Tuesday said that the state is making progress in every sector, and to enhance the pace of development, it needs the cooperation and contribution of the people.
He said this while on a visit to Hurii, one of the ‘Vibrant’ border villages in remote Damin circle of Kurung Kumey district, bordering China, a communique from the Governor's Secretariat said.
Interacting with Gaon Burahs, Panchayat members, Government officials and villagers of Hurii, the Governor exhorted them to assist the State machinery in implementing the welfare programmes, schemes and projects in their area.
