Hyderabad, Nov 28 (UNI) Former Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday called upon the people of Telangana to vote for the party in the Assembly election on November 30 to bring a positive change in the state.
In a message, Sonia said , "Though I am unable to come to Telangana, you are close to my heart. The state needs to change as per the aspirations of the people'.
Congress is committed to provide good governance to the people. I have been touched by the affectionate word 'Soniamma' that you use for me. I am grateful for your love.
For a positive change, vote for Congress party in the assembly election on Thursday," she added.
