BC JAC formed to intensify fight for BC reservations; Telangana bandh on Oct 18

Hyderabad, Oct 12 (UNI) In a significant development aimed at uniting the Backward Classes (BCs) across Telangana, a BC Joint Action Committee (BC JAC) has been formed to intensify the ongoing movement for the implementation of BC reservations.
The committee announced a statewide bandh on October 18, under the banner of Bandhu for Nyayam (Justice for BCs), to demonstrate the strength and unity of the BC community.
At a meeting held at a private hotel in Hyderabad, prominent BC associations, caste organisations, intellectuals, and employees resolved to form the BC JAC with a collective agenda instead of pursuing separate movements through individual associations.
