Bengaluru infra under debate after Kiran Mazumdar's remarks

Bengaluru, Oct 14 (UNI) Bengaluru's civic infrastructure has come under debate following remarks by Biocon founder Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw highlighting the city's poor road conditions and garbage accumulation.
Mazumdar-Shaw shared feedback from an overseas business visitor to Biocon Park, who questioned why the roads were in poor condition and why garbage was piling up, asking, "Doesn't the government want to support investment? I have just come from China and can't understand why India can't get its act together, especially when the winds are favourable?"
She tagged Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar, and IT-BT Minister Priyank Kharge on X, urging action on these civic concerns.
