Bhabani Shankar Bhoi elected unopposed as Deputy Speaker of Odisha Assembly

Bhubaneswar, July 24 (UNI) BJP MLA from Talsara Bhabani Shankar Bhoi was on Wednesday elected ''unopposed'' as Deputy Speaker of Odisha Legislative Assembly.
Odisha Assembly Speaker Surama Padhi announced the name of Bhoi as Deputy Speaker of the Assembly in the house.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik, Congress legislature party leader Ram Chandra Kadam, CPI-M leader Laxman Munda and Speaker Surama Padhi congratulated Bhoi for being elected as the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly.
