BJP leader Shantanu Tiwari attacked, car vandalized in Lakhimpur

Lakhimpur, Nov 10 (UNI) A shocking incident took place late Sunday night when BJP leader Shantanu Tiwari, known to be a close aide of the Sadar MLA, was attacked by unidentified assailants, officials confirmed on Monday.
According to reports, the attackers not only pelted stones but also opened fire during the assault. Tiwari’s car was badly damaged in the attack. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
The incident occurred in the LRP outpost area of the city. Tiwari was reportedly returning after inspecting the construction site of his new house when he noticed a group of youths creating a disturbance by the roadside. The situation escalated when he tried to calm them down.

SGPGI develops SOP on 'End-of-Life Care', to share it with health experts on January 16

Lucknow, Jan 14 (UNI)The Department of Critical Care Medicine at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) Lucknow has prepared a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on 'End-of-Life Care'.
An awareness workshop will be organized on January 16 to share this SOP with health experts across the state. The workshop will be held in a hybrid mode (online and offline).
