BJP MLA Shivaji Bhanudas Kardile passed away

Ahilyanagar, Oct 17 (UNI) Shivaji Bhanudas Kardile, Bharatiya Janata Party MLA and chairman of the Ahilyanagar Zilla Sahakari Bank, passed away on Friday at the age of 67 after a brief illness.
He was the sitting MLA representing the Nagar–Rahuri–Pathardi constituency in Maharashtra.
Kardile reportedly experienced chest pain early in the morning. Though family members rushed him to a private hospital, he passed away before he could be admitted.

Mah: Newly elected MLCs take oath

Mumbai, May 14 (UNI) Ten newly elected members of the Maharashtra Legislative Council were sworn in at Vidhan Bhavan here on Thursday.
Details of the ceremony were shared by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde through a post on social media platform X.
The newly inducted members included nine candidates who had been elected unopposed to the Maharashtra Legislative Council, along with one member who secured victory in a by-election.
