BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy sweeps Constitution Club election

New Delhi, Aug 13 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy has won the election for the post of Secretary (Administration), Constitution Club of India, securing more votes than his party colleague and another contender Dr. Sanjeev Balyan.
Speaking on the win, Rudy said that it is his panel's victory, adding that he won with a margin of over a 100 votes.

New Delhi, 14 Jul (UNI) On being conferred the 60th Jnanpith Award for 2025, India’s highest literary honour, eminent Tamil poet, lyricist and litterateur R. Vairamuthu said the recognition “belongs not only to me but also to the Tamil language and the wider fraternity of Indian literature.”
The award was presented by noted statesman and scholar Karan Singh at a ceremony held at the Chinmaya Mission Auditorium on Monday in the presence of writers, literary figures and academicians from across the country.
