BJP promises to give free LPG cylinders to poor during Holi and Diwali

New Delhi, Jan 17 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday promised to provide free LPG cylinders to the poor during the Holi and Diwali festival.
BJP National President JP Nadda released the Delhi Sankalp Patra-1 developed at the party's state headquarters and said that if the BJP comes to power in Delhi, all the public welfare schemes being run here will be continued and made corruption free. Significantly, the BJP is releasing its manifesto for the Delhi Assembly elections this time in several volumes.
Speaking on the occasion, Nadda said, "If the BJP comes to power in Delhi, women here will be given Rs 2,500 per month under the Mahila Samridhi Yojana. He said that under the Matru Suraksha Vandana Yojana, Rs 21,000 and six nutrition kits will be given to pregnant women . The schemes of the present government regarding electricity, bus and water in Delhi will continue.
Referring to the health scheme, he said, the Ayushman Bharat scheme will be implemented in Delhi, under which people will get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. Along with this, the facility of free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh will be added by the state government. Every citizen will get free treatment up to Rs 10 lakh. He said that OPD and diagnostics facilities will also be provided free of cost to senior citizens.
He said that if the BJP comes to power, the amount of pension given to senior citizens will be increased.
Senior citizens in the age group of 60 to 70 years will get a monthly pension of Rs 2,500 while those above 70 years will get a pension of Rs 3,000 per month.
