Buttler excited for new era after fearing sack

London, Nov 9 (UNI) Jos Buttler says he is determined to lead England's white-ball sides into the "next era" after fearing he would be stripped of the captaincy this year.
Matthew Mott was sacked as white-ball head coach in July after England failed to defend either of the limited-over World Cups, the BBC reported.
Test head coach Brendon McCullum will take on the white-ball sides from January, with Buttler, 34, as captain.
