Change in electronic interlocking system leads to Odisha train accident- Vaishnaw

Bhubaneswar, June 4 (UNI ) The Bahanaga train tragedy which took 288 precious lives occurred due to a change in electronic interlocking system, Railway Minister Ashiwini Vaishnaw said.
He said the inquiry into the Bahanaga train accident is over and the Rail Safety Commission will soon submit its report.
While talking to media persons, the Railway Minister said the root cause of the accident has been identified.
He said the cause of the accident and the people responsible for the accident had been identified.
The Railway Minister said action will be taken against the guilty on the basis of the report.
