Continue service and give wage difference to contractual employees of Saibaba Sansthan in Shirdi: Thorat

Mumbai, Mar 21(UNI) Congress legislature party leader Balasaheb Thorat on Tuesday demanded in house of assembly that the 598 contractual employees of the Saibaba Sansthan in Shirdi, which is very active in spiritual work in the country and a place of worship for many devotees, should be retained in service and the salary difference should be paid immediately.
Thorat added that about 598 contractual employees in Shirdi Sai Sansthan have been in service for an average of 20 to 22 years.
In the past, 1052 contract employees were inducted into permanent service, but these 598 employees are deprived of those rules and are still working on contract basis.
