Court restrains unauthorized construction near Delhi hospital

New Delhi, Nov 9 (UNI) The Tis Hazari Court in city has issued a restraining order against one Jainendra Kumar and others, preventing them from carrying out any unauthorized construction on a disputed open green area in Sanjay Nagar.
The order was passed in a suit filed by Bram Health Care Pvt. Ltd., which operates the NKS Super Specialty Hospital.
Advocate Vishnu Joshi, who was appearing for the Health Care, argued that the defendants were illegally constructing on government, public, and agricultural land located near Gate No. 4 of the hospital, opposite an MCD park.
