Cycling expedition to Mulshi Lake

Pune, Feb 6 (UNI) Commemorating ‘75 Glorious Years of National Defence Academy’, a team of cyclists including 37 Officers from National Defence Academy, College of Military Engineering, Military Institute of Technology and Southern Command, 2 Veterans and 36 Cadets of National Defence Academy carried out a landmark Cycling Expedition from National Defence Academy to Mulshi Lake on 05th February, said a defence press release here on Monday.
The expedition marks the beginning of a series of events lined up as part of 75 Glorious Years Celebrations which will culminate on Jan 16, 2024.
The expedition was flagged off by Major General Sanjeev Dogra, Deputy Commandant and Chief Instructor, National Defence Academy. The expedition was led by Col S Ramakrishnan, an alumni of 58th course, Juliet Squadron and covered a total distance of 75 km.
