Delhi Congress Trains Booth-Level Agents, Raises Concerns Over Voter Verification Process

New Delhi, June 8 (UNI) Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav today addressed training camps for Booth Level Agents (BLA-2) organized by the party in Adarsh Nagar and Tilak Nagar as part of its preparations for the ongoing voter verification exercise and future elections.
According to a statement issued by the Delhi Congress, the party has appointed BLA-2 workers across more than 13,000 polling booths in all 70 Assembly constituencies of the national capital. The training sessions were conducted by the party's Booth Management Committee led by Rajesh Garg.
Addressing party workers, Yadav said Congress aims to strengthen its booth-level organizational structure and ensure that eligible voters are not left out during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process of electoral rolls. He alleged that there were concerns regarding the deletion of names of legitimate voters and said party workers would monitor the revision process at the ground level.
