Delhi's COVID contagion tally climbs over 27k, deaths 761

New Delhi, Jun 6 (UNI) After having a sharp spike of 1,320 fresh infections in the past 24 hours, Delhi's contagion tally on Saturday mounted to 27,654, government data said.
The fatalities due to the pandemic in the National Capital have now reached 761 , after 53 deaths were reported since Friday, as per the Delhi state health bulletin released here.
At present there are a total of 16229 active cases in the city, while 176 are under ICU/ventilator support in the COVID dedicated hospitals here. A total of 918 patients were added to the list of cases under the active medical supervision in the state since Friday.
