New Delhi, Jul 13 (UNI) The national capital's Novel Coronavirus tally on Monday night climbed to 113740, after witnessing a spike of 1246 fresh infections since Sunday, the state health bulletin said here.
However, with improving recovery rate, Delhi continued to register more recoveries per day than fresh infections, as 1344 patients have reportedly been cured in the past 24 hours, as per the Delhi government data released here.
The number of total cured/discharged cases from the contagion so far across the national capital have now reached 91312, the government data said here.
Active case load on the city has slightly reduced further since Sunday and presently, Delhi is home to 19017 COVID patients.
Meanwhile, the pandemic fatalities across the city have reached 3411, after 40 lives were reported to have been claimed by the lethal virus in the past one day.
The patients under home isolation have slightly increased as compared to Sunday, and now the figure currently stands at 11170.
However, the containment zones have increased to 658 across the city.
