Dr. MCR HRD Institute launches training programme for South African media professionals

Hyderabad, Feb 26 (UNI) Dr. MCR HRD Institute, Government of Telangana, has commenced a "Training Programme on Journalism and Public Relations" from February 26 to March 9, specifically designed for media professionals from South Africa.
The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, sponsors this programme under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme, which includes a 3-day field visit to Delhi and Agra.
During the Inaugural Function, Dr. Shashank Goel, Director General (DG) of the Institute and Special Chief Secretary to the Government of Telangana, welcomed the South African media professionals, commending their dedication to staying informed about dynamic changes in journalism and public relations.

Tirupati, Feb 5 (UNI) The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), managing the richest and the most visited religious center Venkateswara Temple, Tirumala, has barred 18 employees working at various TTD-run wings, from participating in any religious functions of TTD until further orders, according to a memo issued recently by the TTD Executive officer J Symala Rao.
