ED freezes Rs 526 cr assets in Gameskraft Online Rummy case, 3 directors arrested

New Delhi, May 14 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Bengaluru Zonal Office, on Thursday said it recently conducted search and seizure operations at the office and residential premises of Gameskraft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., along with those of its directors and key employees, in Bengaluru and the NCR region.
The searches led to the seizure of incriminating documents and electronic records, and the freezing of movable assets including bank balances, payment gateway balances, mutual funds, bonds, and fixed deposits worth Rs 526.49 crore. The agency also seized bullion, gold and diamond jewellery weighing 2.30 kg worth Rs 3.50 crore, along with cash amounting to Rs 11 lakh.
The investigation was initiated on the basis of multiple FIRs registered across several states under charges of cheating under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860.
