Kolkata, Sep 12 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday began search operations at multiple locations in Kolkata and its surrounding districts over the alleged financial irregularities in R G Kar Hospital during the tenure of arrested former principal Sandip Ghosh, official sources said.
The ED officials started search operations at the residences and offices of people associated with Ghosh, officials said.

One of the persons facing searches is Chandan Louhya whom Ghosh allegedly favoured by allowing to open a cafeteria on hospital premises without any licence, sources added.
