Empty train rakes come in close proximity near Bhubaneswar; No casualties or service disruption: ECoR

Bhubaneswar, June 11 (UNI) East Coast Railway (ECoR) on Thursday clarified that two empty train rakes came into close proximity during a shunting operation near Bhubaneswar railway station, with no casualties, injuries, or disruption to train services reported.
According to ECoR sources, the incident occurred while an empty rake was being moved for scheduled maintenance activities. During the low-speed shunting operation, the moving rake came close to another stationary empty rake.
Railway officials and technical personnel immediately reached the spot, secured the rolling stock, and assessed the situation.
