International Film City to attract tourists at Maha Kumbh

Prayagraj, Jan 20 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh's Industries Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi on Monday inaugurated the pavilion of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) at the Maha Kumbh exhibition.
Spanning an area of 1,850 square meters, the pavilion highlights various important schemes and initiatives of the Authority with a separate stall for the ambitious Film City Project.
The International Film City project, being developed by Webview Bhutani Private Limited is a flagship initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
During the event, the minister was briefed on the progress of various significant industrial and institutional schemes being implemented by YEIDA. These include the Medical Devices Park, Apparel Park in Sector 29, Toy Park in Sector 33, Semi-Conductor Parks in Sectors 10 and 28 and MSME and Handicraft Parks in Sectors 32 and 33.
The Minister also reviewed updates on the Noida International Airport project, located in Sector 21 and the International Film City. He emphasised the transformative impact of the airport and said that its development has ushered in a new era of growth for western UP.
He further highlighted that the various industrial and institutional projects undertaken by YEIDA have created new opportunities for employment and economic development in the region and the state. UNI AB SSP
