Experts at ROGS conference call for updated fetal medicine & minimally invasive surgery

Ranchi, Dec 6 (UNI) Experts in 23rd Annual Conference of the Ranchi Obstetrics and Gynecological Society (ROGS) highlighted that for advancing women's healthcare the state would require updated fetal medicine protocols, wider adoption of minimally invasive surgical techniques, and continuous clinical skill enhancement for practitioners.
The workshop held at RIMS Auditorium on Saturday emphasized on understanding of women’s health needs and help elevate the overall standard of obstetric and gynecological care in the region.
The two-day event had opened with a Fetal Medicine Workshop, led by national faculty, covering topics such as first-trimester scans, Doppler applications, fetal anatomy assessment, genetic evaluation in stillbirths, and management of multiple pregnancies. Hands-on simulator training and live patient demonstrations significantly enhanced the diagnostic capacity of participants.
