Fake experience certificate: CBI lodges FIR against firm

New Delhi, Sept 2 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation today said it has registered a case against the then Deputy General Manager, Ordnance Factory Ambajhari, a Nagpur-based private company and its proprietor and others for allegedly manipulating the terms and conditions of tenders based on a forged experience certificate.
The FIR was lodged against Deepak Lamba, the then Dy. GM, ordnance factory, automation engineering & industrial services and its proprietor Mohit Tholia. "The accused deputy GM entered into multiple to-and-fro financial transactions with the private firm through bank account of himself and his family members. The CBI conducted searches at four locations, including the office and residential premises of the accused, which led to the recovery of incriminating documents, including digital evidence," said a CBI official.
Further investigation into the matter is ongoing.
