Former US Prez Joe Biden congratulates President Donald Trump, his govt for securing 'renewed ceasefire deal'

Washington, Oct 14 (UNI) Former US President Joe Biden welcomed the return of all the 20 living hostages and praised the Israel-Hamas ceasefire deal.
He also congratulated his erstwhile Republican rival and reigning President Donald Trump, and his administration for being able to secure a 'renewed ceasefire deal'.
"I am deeply grateful and relieved that this day has come – for the last living 20 hostages who have been through unimaginable hell and are finally reunited with their families and loved ones, and for the civilians in Gaza who have experienced immeasurable loss and will finally get the chance to rebuild their lives," wrote Biden on X.
