Generation disrupted in 2 units of NTPC

Rae Bareli (UP), Mar 21 (UNI) Power generation has been disrupted due to technical snag in two units of National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) in Unchahar here in Rae Bareli here in Uttar Pradesh, an official spokesperson said on Tuesday.
NTPC spokesperson Komal Sharma said that due to a technical snag in unit number 1 and 2 in NTPC power generation has been disrupted. Both the units generate 210 megawatt (MW) power each.
It may be noted that NTPC has six power generation units from which generate 1,560 MW power. Out of these six units, one unit produces electricity from solar power and the rest are thermal based. At present more than 1,100 MW power is being generated from the remaining units.
