GOC Chinar Corps calls on Lt Governor Sinha at Raj Bhawan in Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 7 (UNI)General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Srinagar-based strategic 15 Corps Lieutenant General Prashant Srivastava, called on Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan here on Monday.
Both GOC and Lt Governor discussed various matters, including the post-election security situation on the Line of Control and hinterland in Kashmir Valley, officials said.
Lt General Srivastava took over the GOC 15 Chinar Corps on October 5, replacing Lt General Rajiv Ghai, who is now DGMO at the Army headquarters in New Delhi.
