Hyderabad, Dec 9 (UNI) Godrej Industries Group on Tuesday announced an investment of ₹150 crore in Telangana to expand its dairy business operations in the state.
A senior company official revealed the plan after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Telangana Government during Day 2 of the Telangana Rising Global Summit, held at Bharat Future City.
Under the proposal, Godrej Industries will expand its dairy processing capacity to 5 lakh litres per day. The project will require 40 acres of land and is expected to generate 300 direct jobs over the next two years, the official added.
