Guv pays last respect to martyred CRPF jawan

Kolkata, Jun 28 (UNI) Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar today paid his last respect to the martyred CRPF jawan who died in the line of duty in Jammu and Kashmir on June 26.
Taking to his Twitter handle Mr Dhankhar said, 'Wreath laid today on my behalf as respect to CT @crpfindia Sh Shyamal De of Vill- Singpur. West Midnapore, WB martyred carrying out National Highway duty in J&K,.'
The last rites of Shyamal De, who was killed in a militant attack in Kashmir's Anantnag, were conducted with full state honours at his home town in West Midnapore district today.
