Jammu, June 2 (UNI) Aimed at empowering entrepreneurs from different parts of Jammu to enhance their skills and knowledge in running a successful homestay business, the LJK Economic Growth and Development Dialogue (LEAD), in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Tourism on Friday commenced a three-day Homestay Business Workshop here.
The workshop, hosted at the JKTDC Conference Hall, will conclude on Sunday. Dr. Sanjeev Jain, Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Jammu; Shri Vivekanand Rai, Director of Tourism Jammu, Sunaina Sharma Mehta, Joint Director, Tourism Jammu; Manish Ahluwalia, Director of LEAD; CA Sat Sharma, Board Member and Secretary LEAD, CA Rajeev Gupta, Board Member & Secretary LEAD were present at the inauguration ceremony.
MakeMyTrip conducted various training sessions to equip participants with the essential tools for establishing and operating homestay businesses effectively.
