Srinagar, Feb 23 (UNI) Expressing serious concern over the disparity faced by the Jammu and Kashmir police personnel with regard to risk allowance being disbursed to other security agencies, Apni Party (AP) on Tuesday said police always remained on forefront during counter insurgency operations in the Union Territory (UT).
In a statement here this afternoon AP spokesperson Javid Hassan Baigh said that Jammu and Kashmir Police has always remained on the forefront of counter-insurgency operations across J&K and have laid down their lives in the line of duty.
This, he said is an ample proof of the professional acumen and dedication towards their services which has greatly contributed in bringing down the scale of violence and ensuring peace in this region.
