HP: Haryana BJP Chief, singer booked for allegedly raping woman

Solan, Jan 14 (UNI) The Kasauli police in Himachal Pradesh registered a case against Haryana BJP State President Mohan Lal Badoli and singer Rocky Mittal on the alleged charges of raping a woman.
According to the complainant, she was allegedly raped on July 7, 2023 by the BJP leader and his associate. The complainant alleged that Rocky Mittal had lured her to become an actress in the film industry and Badoli had promised to get her a government job.
In the complaint lodged in Kasauli police station, the victim alleged that she used to live with her friend and worked with Amit of Sonipat, for about 2 years. Amit's office was in Netaji Subhash Palace. She told in the complaint that on July 3, 2023, she came to Himachal Pradesh with her friend and Amit.
