HP: Major temples to be connected with e-connectivity facility: DyCM

Dharamshala, Jul 14 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh government has taken an important initiative to e-connect major temples in the state, which will ensure the facility of 'darshan' to the devotees from home, said Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri on Sunday.
Talking to UNI after offering prayers at the Jwalamukhi temple here, he said that the government has started a pilot scheme to provide online booking facility for havan, bhandara and jagran ceremonies in temples and Shaktipeeths of the state.
He further said that through this digital platform, devotees can also connect with the priests of the temple.
