HP: Teenage boy choked to death while blowing balloon in Kangra

Dharamshala, Sep 7 (UNI) A 13-year-old boy was choked to death after a balloon that he was trying to blow it up got stuck in his throat in Jawali subdivision of Kangra district in Himachal Pradesh, police said here on Saturday.
The boy, identified as Vivek Kumar, a student of Government School at Sidhpurgarh, was going home after school on Thursday.
While blowing up a balloon near the school gate, it suddenly deflated and the balloon got stuck in his throat.
