Hyd: Adoption of technology is mandatory in Media Industry: Media Academy Chairman Srinivas Reddy

Hyderabad, Oct 18 (UNI) Telangana Media Academy Chairman K. Sreenivas Reddy on Saturday said that adoption of technology is mandatory in Media Industry.
Speaking as the chief guest at the valedictory session of a two-day national conference on the topic “Future of Journalism in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Challenges” organisd by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, and Telangana Council of Higher Education here, Reddy said that there is a possibility of making the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as a minimum qualification for the recruitment of journalists in the coming days.
He advised reporters to increase their knowledge by observing the changes coming over time. He said that artificial intelligence should be used in the media industry with proper control.
