Investment in human capital greatest investment, says Meghalaya CM

Umsning, Nov 11 (UNI) Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma today said that investment in the human capital is the greatest investment to make.
“Investment in roads, buildings and infrastructures become meaningless without investing in human capital,” Sangma said, after inaugurating new classrooms at Ri Bhoi Synod College, Umsaitsning village.
The Chief Minister also informed that in terms of investments in Education the state government supports 4,172 private schools aiding 65 per cent salaries of teachers of private schools.
