Israel prepared to receive hostages from Gaza as Hamas finalises handover plans

Tel Aviv, Oct 12 (UNI) Israel is prepared to receive hostages as soon as they are released from Gaza, Prime Minister's Office (PMO) spokeswoman Shosh Bedrosian said, as both sides finalise the details of the transfer process under the latest ceasefire agreement.
Bedrosian confirmed on Saturday that Israel is "ready at any moment" to receive the hostages if Hamas proceeds with an earlier release than scheduled.
She added that once Israel confirms it has received all hostages it expects, the process to free Palestinian security prisoners will begin — allegedly signalling that Israel already has intelligence on which slain hostages Hamas will be unable to return, reports Times of Israel.
