J&K Police crack down on terror sympathizers in Poonch

Jammu, Sept 14 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir Police today nabbed three alleged terror sympathisers and seized arms and ammunition in the bordering Poonch district.
"Relentless pursuit and investigation led us to the arrest of three terror sympathisers," Jammu Zone Police posted on X.
It further said that the arrests were made along with the recovery of seven AK rifles (four recovered earlier) and a large quantity of warlike stores.

Cyber fraud crackdown: Faridabad arrests six in three cases; Panchkula acts against suspects in crypto and investment scams

Panchkula, July 18 (UNI) Police in Faridabad and Panchkula have reported arrests in separate cyber-fraud cases involving alleged loan scams, hacked phones, malicious APK files, fake cryptocurrency platforms and fraudulent investment applications.
In Faridabad, the Cyber Crime Police Station, Ballabgarh, arrested six people in three cases, police said. Two men - Navneet Kumar Singh and Nitesh Kumar - were arrested in a case in which a Sector 11 resident was allegedly cheated of Rs 4.45 lakh on the pretext of arranging a bank loan.
